Dan’s significant experience spans small to large businesses, startups, multinational enterprises, venture capital, non-profits, and government entities across Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, across various industries.

Dan has been in practice since 1998 and brings a unique perspective through his experience as an advisor and a leader in multinational corporations.

Over the years, Dan had dedicated his time to pro bono work with various charities including the Sydney Children’s Hospital, as well as community housing and support groups.

Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Provided due diligence and advisory services for the acquisition of a landmark $250M asset in the hospitality sector.
  • Acted as lead advisor for a $50-100M capital raise to fund international expansion in the aviation industry, supporting the clients’ listing on a European exchange.
  • Supported acquisition strategy in the waste management sector across Australia and New Zealand, advising on transactions valued between $10-50M.
  • Conducted acquisition advisory for a series of deals in the travel industry, advising on acquisitions ranging from $5-30M to support the client’s growth in domestic markets.
